Refund policy

30 day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back a bottle that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

If you live in the EU you also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Our 30 day period comes on top of that right and does not limit it.

How to return

Email us at Goldfollicle@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

You pay the cost of sending the return, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at Goldfollicle@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.
